Zita Mikijanska

Born in Riga, Latvia, Zita Mikijanska studied piano there before continuing with harpsichord in Leipzig. As both harpsichordist and organist, she performs internationally with chamber groups, ensembles, and orchestras, with a broad repertoire spanning many centuries and styles.

She teaches harpsichord and accompaniment at the University of Music and Theatre Leipzig and maintains a long-standing, wide-ranging musical collaboration with Ercole Nisini.
