Milana Chernyavska was born in Kiev,
the Ukraine. When only seven years
old, she was already enrolled to study at
Kiev’s Tchaikovsky Conservatory. After
completing her studies, she took part in
master classes and was in the solo piano
performance class of Prof. Margarita
Höhenrieder and Prof. Gerhard Oppitz at
the University of Music and Performing
Arts Munich.
Her chamber music partners include
Julia Fischer, Elisabeth Batiashvili, Daniel
Müller-Schott and the Vogler String
Quartet, with whom she has appeared
in concert at such important events and
venues as the Lucerne and Schleswig-Holstein
music festivals and at Carnegie Hall
New York.
Milana Chernyavska is a member of
the faculty at the University of Music and
Performing Arts Munich and Feldkirch
Convservatory in Austria.
