Two passions, one shared pulse: the German-Japanese piano duo FourTe releases an album on GENUIN that unfolds a musical dialogue between Europe and West Asia—while simultaneously raising a strong voice for peace in turbulent times. The repertoire ranges from Bach to Piazzolla, from Armenian folklore to original compositions by Eva-Maria Weinreich. The multi-talented musician and her partner, Tomohito Nakaishi, both award-winning artists, captivate the listener with their finely coordinated, richly nuanced playing. With great sensitivity, they bring out the characteristic contours of these diverse works—an enriching journey in black and white.
